State Guidance on Solicitations from Vendors

The state of Maryland has established a channel for vendors to offer their services in response to this public health emergency. Emergency suppliers of equipment and services that may aid in the response to the COVID-19 crisis are asked to:

1. Fill out the emergency vendor database form. This form ensures that the state can identify you as a vendor should the need arise for your company's emergency goods or services.

2. Complete the RFI online. After clicking the link, please click the "Add to My Solicitations" tab and answer all required questions. If you already have an account, just log in. This form ensures that you are integrated in the State of Maryland's procurement system.
