The JoinMdHealth.org recruitment campaign uses these inspiring stories to engage and excite potential job seekers and students. Nurses, technicians, social workers, respiratory therapists, and others explain what brings them to work each day and why it is so important. The marketing emphasizes leading with your head, hand, or heart to highlight the commitment of every hospital employee in the state.

With the campaign, we aim to grow the hospital workforce from our local communities. JoinMdHealth invites all Marylanders—no matter their age, education, background, or skill set—to work in health care. There are two paths, one for education and one for careers. By promoting both, we can build the talent pipeline and find new, diverse job candidates.
